Sriram Balaji in partnership with Hans Hach Verdugo of Mexico was beaten 6-2, 7-6 (5) by the third seeds Max Purcell and Luke Saville of Australia in the doubles final of the $54,160 Challenger tennis tournament in China on Sunday.

The title was worth 80 ATP points and $3100 while the runner-up collected 48 points and $1800.
