Wimbledon: Day six in pictures

Angelique Kerber was on the brink of losing her number one ranking on Saturday, before staging a brilliant comeback in a tense 4-6, 7-6 (7/2), 6-4 victory over Shelby Rogers. She will face Garbine Muguruza, another former Wimbledon runner-up, for a place in the quarterfinals.

Swiss maestro Roger Federer was at his best as he brushed away Mischa Zverev in a 7-6, 6-4, 6-4 straight-set victory over the German. Third seed Federer bids for his eighth Wimbledon title and will take on 13th seeded Grigor Dimitrov in the fourth round.

Sixth seed Canadian Milos Raonic dug deep to defeat Albert Ramos-Vinolas 7-6, 6-4, 7-5 in a hard-fought win. The big-serving Raonic will look to make his third appearance in the Wimbledon round of 16, in what is his seventh consecutive appearance here.

Three-time Wimbledon champion, Novak Djokovic reached the Wimbledon fourth round for the 10th time on Saturday, with a 6-4, 6-1, 7-6 victory over Ernests Gulbis After having an average by his standards, Djokovic will want to redeem himself by winning the tourney. He will play France's Adrian Mannarino in the round of 16, for a place in the quarter-finals.

Seventh seed Svetlana Kuznetsova stormed into the last 16 with a 6-4, 6-0 humbling of unheralded Slovenian, Polona Hercog in their third round encounter.

Ninth seed Agnieszka Radwanska came back from a set down to defeat Timea Bacsinszky 3-6, 6-4, 6-1 in the third round. A former finalist here, Radwanska will face seventh seed Svetlana Kuznetsova in her sixth consecutive last 16 apearance.

Tomas Berdych hit 35 winners and made multiple trips to the net in his 6-3 6-4 6-3 win over Spaniard David Ferrer in the third round, on Saturday. The 2010 runner-up will make his ninth appearance in the last 16.
