Bradley Beal might continue playing for Wizards.

Bradley Beal doesn’t appear to be leaving Washington.

The 25-year-old Wizards star has been at the center of trade rumors for most of the season. But, the team has so far shown “no willingness” to move him, rival executives and player agents told Bleacher Report.

Beal is averaging a career-high 24.9 points, five rebounds and five assists in 37.2 minutes per game this season. He’s shooting 46.9 percent from the field and 35.4 percent from 3-point range.

Washington has struggled for much of 2018-19 and holds a 19-26 record. Owner Ted Leonsis, however, said last week the team’s still aiming to make the playoffs and it will “never, ever tank.”

“We set out goals and you got to meet the goals,” Leonsis said, via the Washington Post. “And the first goal is to make it into the playoffs and to do better than we did last year, and to me that will make for a successful year.”

The Wizards will host the Pistons on Monday. They’ll enter that matchup three games out of the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference standings.
