The likes of Bajrang Punia (61kg), Rajneesh (65kg), Satywart Kadian (97kg), among others, failed to make a mark, losing their respective bouts rather tamely.

While Amit Kumar (57kg) and Hitender (125kg) forfeited their bouts against both USA and Iran.
