The top three seeds at the $15,000 ITF Futures event, Prajnesh Gunneswaran, Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan respectively, found safe passages into the last-16 following straight set wins at the KSLTA Stadium here on Tuesday.

If Prajnesh, fresh after his fifth singles title last week in Bhilai, made short work of German Haenle Pirmin’s challenge winning 6-3, 7-6 (1), Balaji was stretched by V.M. Ranjeet before emerging victorious 7-6 (2), 7-5.
