Shakib Al Hasan, suspended from cricket, turns to football
Shakib Al Hasan is currently serving a ban for not reporting corrupt approaches. He will be free to get back to cricket when his ban ends on October 29, 2020.

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, currently serving a two-year ban (one year suspended) imposed by the International Cricket Council, represented a local football team named 'Footy Hags' in its match against the Korean Expat Team at the Bangladesh Army Stadium in Dhaka on Sunday.
“We played 11 a side on a full size pitch at the Army Stadium against the Korean Expat team today. We won 3-2,” the team said on its Facebook page, adding that it was “good to have Shakib Al Hasan back in the Footy Hags Team.”.
Shakib is currently serving a ban for not reporting corrupt approaches. The ban was imposed just days before he was to lead Bangladesh in a tour of India consists of three T20Is and two Tests.
The ban ends on October 29, 2020, which could also mean that he won’t be able to take part in the T20 World Cup, which starts on October 18.
