U.S. women's national team star Alex Morgan got creative with her goal celebration after she netted USA's second goal of Tuesday's semifinal against England.
After scoring to give the U.S. a 2-1 lead, she ran with her teammates and then came to a complete stop as she pretended to take a sip of tea with her pinkie up. She appeared to be trolling her opponents, who are known for drinking the beverage.
"It was just a little, you know, pinkies up."
Asked if the drinking of tea was a reference to USA's opponents, Morgan, who celebrated her 30th birthday in style, replied: "I didn't say it, you guys did!"
The celebration caught the attention of many as fans, including former First Lady of the United States - Hilary Clinton, reacted on Twitter.
The U.S. will now advance to the finals Sunday and face the winner of Wednesday's semifinal game between Sweden and the Netherlands. England will face the loser in the third-place game.
