Azharuddin files for HCA president's post

Azhar’s nomination was proposed by Mr Adnan Mahmood and seconded by Mr Zeeshan Adnan Mahmood.

Former India captain, Mohammad Azharuddin, has filed his nomination for the president's post in the Hyderabad Cricket Association elections to be held on September 27 here.

Azhar’s nomination was proposed by Mr Adnan Mahmood and seconded by Mr Zeeshan Adnan Mahmood. Incumbent joint-secretary Mr Ajmal Asad filed for the post of secretary this time around.

The other familiar official who filed his nomination for the post of vice-president was Mr. Vikram Man Singh, son of former HCA Secretary P.R. Man Singh. He was proposed and seconded by R. Srinivasan and M. Chandrasekhar respectively.

Former HCA Juniors selection committee member Imran Mahmood also filed nomination for the post of vice-president with Mr. Virender Yadav proposing and seconded by Mr.G. J. Sundar Rao.
