A number of rain delays and washouts today. Eight games couldn't start because of the weather. Ninety overs were bowled only in the Manipur-Goa and the Assam-Uttarakhand matches. The teams would be hoping that the weather gets better at least tomorrow. Until then, See you!

At stumps on Day 1, Punjab 266 for the loss of eight wickets against Delhi with Mandeep Singh top-scoring with a 181-ball 81. Gurkeerat Mann also shone with a half-century.

Amol Karhadkar pings from Mumbai: Injury scare for Prithvi Shaw. In an attempt to stop the overthrow, Shaw hurts his left shoulder and walks off the field. The Karnataka openers, meanwhile, have been scoring at will. 52 for no loss in 12 overs.
Abhishek Mukherjee pings from Jaipur: Hanuma Vihari falls cheaply once again and is dismissed lbw by seamer Rituraj Singh, who has two wickets now. Amol Karhadkar pings from Mumbai: Tushar Deshpande is no muck with the bat but Surya Yadav doesn't trust the left-handed batter, it seems. The Mumbai captain, batting in the 70s, is going for the big shots and farming the strike. Mumbai 167/7 after 46 overs.
Abhishek Mukherjee pings from Jaipur: Rajasthan nine down. Aniket Choudhary is run out. Andhra is taking a bit of time getting rid of the lower-order batsmen. Tanveer-ul-Haq hung around for a bit and had a fruitful partnership of 33 runs with Menaria before edging right-arm seamer P. Vijaykumar to the slips. Menaria has hit a half-century. He looks assured and unruffled; he even took the liberty of playing a slog off Stephen, perhaps the most incisive bowler on the day, and take a six through midwicket. Rajasthan 128/9 after 44.2 overs.
Mumbai lose another wicket as Shashank departs for 35. However, skipper Suryakumar Yadav is holding up one end and is batting on 73. Mumbai 162/7 after 42.2 overs.

Sasikanth - have settled on a good length on an off-stump channel. The opening batsmen were watchful for the first half hour, before Chetan Bist was trapped lbw by Sasikanth.
