Rohit Sharma is having a dream run as he slammed his fourth century in World Cup 2019 during India's match against Bangladesh in Birmingham on Tuesday.

In the process he equalled Kumar Sangakkara's record of four hundreds in a single World Cup, which the former Sri Lankan captain had scored in the 2015 edition.

With 544 runs, Rohit surpassed David Warner (516) and Aaron Finch (504) for most runs in the ongoing World Cup. Previously, Sachin Tendulkar has scored 500-plus runs in two editions — 673 in 2003 and 523 in 1996.
