With cyclone Vardah leaving Chennai — venue for India's fifth Test match against England — in a total wreck, with mobile networks down and many roads inaccessible, the Indian team players switched to their gaming consoles to keep themselves entertained.
The Indian Cricket Team posted on Instagram a picture of its stars Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Cheteshwar Pujara and Karun Nair busy trying to beat each other in popular football simulator video game FIFA while home-boy Ravichandran Ashwin enjoys the action from behind.
With the outfield still undergoing repairs, Wednesday's practice session remains highly unlikely, which means more time for the Indian players to sharpen their FIFA skills.
Considering India's domination in the series, which it leads 3-0, the English players should probably challenge the home team for a FIFA match to level the playing field. That said, the intensity on Virat's face suggests Jimmy Anderson and Co. will not have it easy.
