India's limited-overs squads to be finalised on Friday

A selection committee meeting of the Board of Control for Cricket in India is scheduled for Friday, to select India's One-Day International and Twenty20 International squads for its upcoming matches against England.

India's selection committee, led by M. S. K. Prasad, will meet on Friday.

India's squads for the One-Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) series against England will be announced on Friday (January 6, 2017), after a meeting of the Board of Control for Cricket in India's selection committee meeting in Mumbai.

The committee will also select an India 'A' team for warm-up one-dayers against England.

India and England are scheduled to play six limited-overs matches - a three-match ODI series that begins on January 15 followed by three T20Is. England has already finalised its 15-man squads for both formats for the tour.

India defeated the tourist 4-0 in the Test-leg of England's tour.
