Zoravar Singh Sandhu shot 112 and missed the men’s trap final by two points in the Shotgun World Cup in Tucson, US. Zoravar squandered his chance to make the cut following a poor fare in the fifth round, as he had a series of 23, 22, 24, 23 and 20.

Former World Champion Manavjit Singh Sandhu had a score of 110, following a series of 21, 23, 22, 22 and 22. First time finalist Simone Lorenzo Prosperi of Italy, who got married two weeks ago and had postponed his honeymoon to compete in the World Cup, clinched the gold, as he beat compatriot, former World junior champion and qualification topper Erminio Frasca by two points.
