Vijender to fight Horvath on March 12
The Olympic and World championship medallist, who has remained undefeated in his first three bouts by knocking out his opponents, will feature in two more fights in April before taking part in his first pro boxing date, an Asian title fight, in India in June.

Vijender Singh will meet Hungarian boxer Alexander Horvath in his fourth professional fight at the Liverpool Echo Arena on March 12.
The Olympic and World championship medallist, who has remained undefeated in his first three bouts by knocking out his opponents, will feature in two more fights in April before taking part in his first pro boxing date, an Asian title fight, in India in June.
On his first fight of the year against the more experienced Horvath, 30-year-old Vijender said, “I need to continue my unbeaten record and it is important that I put on a commanding performance against Horvath and then next at Harrow to keep on course for my title shot and my homecoming.
“Hovath is a solid opponent. He has done more rounds than me and is a bit more experienced but I don’t believe that he will be standing around for too long.”
Twenty-year-old Horvath has five wins from seven fights. “Three before me have tried and failed to beat Vijender. I will end his hope of winning a title,” said Horvath.
