In a unique initiative to popularise Test cricket, the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has decided to provide school children an opportunity to attend a match day of the India-Bangladesh Test, to be held at the Eden Gardens from November 22 to 26, along with classmates, coaches and parents.

The CAB has designed a package exclusively for groups worth ₹500 per child/individual. It includes a ticket for any one match day, a packed meal, an exclusive match merchandise/memorabilia and a fun-filled atmosphere.

I am confident that an experience like this will be much cherished by the participants and it will foster a great deal of camaraderie along with an opportunity to learn," CAB joint secretary Debabrata Das said in a statement.
