 • A bidding war starts between Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad for Colin Ingram , who has a base price 2 Crore. The team from Delhi eventually picks him up for 6.4 Crore.

Here's what Star Sports expert Dean Jones said regarding Colin Ingram:

"I was his coach at the T10 held earlier and there are a couple of things how he’s changed his game. He used to have what they call a closed bat, then he changed it to be open at the top and he suddenly had different areas to hit sixes and fours, when he hit the ball, he thought he felt weak, so he practiced hours upon hours, he got gloves, he got a massive sledge hammer and a tractor tyre and he just learned to use his core and hit it into the tyre. If you go on to his twitter feed you can actually see him do this as he is about to play for the Adelaide strikers. What I have learned about him is that he can reverse sweep the spinners,  he’s unbelievable inside out and a very good buy."
