TOSS UPDATE: RCB won the toss and decided to bowl first.

As we warm up to the toss, here's a sneak peek into tonight's Star Wars: Two captains, and two potent top-order batsmen for India. Who will trump the other on Tuesday?

Here's our preview for tonight's contest:

IPL 2018: Struggling Mumbai desperate for revival against RCB

If Kohli has had troubles breaking the shackles, his MI counterpart Rohit Sharma has it worse. Runs have dried up for Sharma, who has managed a meagre 44 runs from three matches at a strike-rate of 102.32; a high score of 18, not doing justice to the opener's talent.

Against a side packed with power-hitters like Kohli, A.B. De Villiers and Brendon McCullum, Sharma's exploits with the bat could prove to be the deciding factor.

Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli has struggled to get going this season. Kohli has 109 runs from three matches at a strike-rate of 137.97; diminishing returns by his lofty standards. His highest score of 57 against Rajasthan Royals came in a losing cause. RCB will be banking on its batting linchpin to come good against Mumbai Indians.  Hello and welcome to Sportstar's live coverage of the IPL contest between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians.
