Punam Raut to lead India A series against Australia A

Punam Raut will lead India A women's team, which takes on Australia A for a three-match One-Day series, starting at the Bandra Kurla Complex, here, from Monday.

The national women's selection committee, on Thursday, announced a 15-member squad for the tournament. While Punam will lead the side, it also features Mona Mahram, Sushma Verma, Shikha Pandey and Rajeshwari Gayakwad.

Australia A is visiting India for a three-match one-day and T20 series. India A squad for the T20 series will be announced later.

India A Women’s One-Day squad: Punam Raut (captain), Priya Punia, Devika Vaidya, Mona Meshram, Tanushree Sarkar, Sushma Verma (wicketkeeper), Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Sushree Dibyadarshani, C. Prathyusha, Reemalaxmi Ekka, Shikha Pandey, Nethra L, Hemali Borwankar, Kavita Patil, Preeti Bose.
