WOW! WOW! WOW! What a final Round of 16 match we have witnessed. It was end to end for such a long time but you could not separate the sides after regulation time.

That match will be played in Rome on Saturday. Join us for that and the other quarterfinal matches later in the week. Until then it is Goodbye and stay safe.

That was an entertaining half of football from the word go as both teams exchanged possession in the opening phase.

The key moment arrived in the 27th minutes as a lovely bit of play from Shaparenko saw his ball coming towards Yarmalenko whose cross went to Zinchenko and his left-footed shot found the back of the net.

With half-time nearing, Sweden needed a response and it got that in the dying minutes, as Emil Forsberg equalised courtesy a shot with his left foot, which took a deflection off Zabarnyi, but landed at the back of the net.
