The All India Football Federation's (AIFF) disciplinary committee has issued show cause notices to Indian Super League (ISL) club FC Goa, its players Seiminlen Doungel and Hugo Boumous, and masseur Rajesh Pandidhar for their misconduct during the ISL 2019-20 match against NorthEast United FC on November 1, at Guwahati.
The committee has asked the two players and the team masseur to explain why no action should be taken against them, in accordance with the regulatory provisions of the AIFF Disciplinary Code.
