LIVE UPDATES

Full-time: ATK 2-0 FC Goa. ATK moves to the summit of the ISL table thanks to goals from Pritam Kotal and Jayesh Rane.

90+4' Saviour Gama looks for a cross to find Ferran Corominas on the six-yard box. Doesn't get the bend he was looking for and concedes a cheap goal kick.

88' 2-0! Jayesh Rane converts from close range to double ATK's lead and virtually put the match beyond FC Goa's reach. It's another low cross from Roy Krishna from the right flank and Rane, having missed a chance give minutes earlier, gets his foot to the ball and finds the back of the net.

Substitution for ATK: Michael Soosairaj OFF, Anas Edathodika ON

82' MISSED! Roy Krishna crosses for Jayesh Rane with the goal gaping as Mohammad Nawaz left it unguarded. The ball bounces up awkwardly in front of him but from two-three yards out, Rane should have converted that. He's inexplicably miscued it for it to fly over the crossbar.

77' BLOCKED! Brave effort from Prabhir Das, who puts his body on the line to block Ahmed Jahouh's first-time shot from the edge of the box.

Substitution for ATK: Jobby Justin OFF, Jayesh Rane ON

Substitution for FC Goa: Sieminlen Doungel OFF, Saviour Gama ON

67' SAVED! Sieminlen Doungel strikes from close range after collecting a pass from Hugo Boumous. Hits it well but straight at ATK goalkeeper Arindam Bhattarcharja, who gets his palms behind the ball and saves.

63' CHANCE! Manvir Singh heads over from a Seriton Fernandes cross. Too much pace on the cross and it pings off Manvir's head and flies over the crossbar.

58' Prabhir Das has a chance to double ATK's lead. It's a pinpoint crossfield ball that he controls with a good first touch, shifts the ball onto his left foot and hits it but Mandar Rao Desai makes a solid block. Big moment in the match!

52' CHANCE! Javier Hernandez goes for a side-footed finish from a low cross from Jobby Justin. He was leaning back as he struck it, and he's miscued it.

47' GOAL! FC Goa's been caught napping at the start of the second half. It's a free-kick from near the centre circle. Javier Hernandez plays a low ball to Roy Krishna, whose run is not picked up by any of the FC Goa players. Krishna is able to cross from the right-hand side, finding Pritam Kotal, who heads in off the underside of the crossbar. Mohammad Nawaz had no chance of saving that.

46' The countdown to the start of the second half is complete, we are underway. ATK resumes proceedings, playing from right to left.

SECOND HALF

Half-time: We remain where we started: ATK 0-0 FC Goa.

45+1' CHANCE! Perhaps the best chance of the match, comes on the stroke of half-time. Javier Hernandez delivers an inswinging corner, drawing Mohammed Nawaz off his line. He tries to punch it away but misses and Victor Mongil has a free header that he doesn't manage to keep on target. Flies over the crossbar.

45' We are into one minute of stoppage time.

41' OHHH! FC Goa has consistently attacked ATK's left and Manvir Singh has found a bit of joy against Sumit Rathi. This time, Manvir plays a low cross that almost finds Sieminlen Doungel, but Agustin Iniguez throws his left foot onto the path of the ball and clears it for a corner. Mandar Rao Desai delivers a good corner, but ATK's well-organised and manages to clear.

32' A bit of a lull as both teams chase the breakthrough. FC Goa's getting into the middle-third of the pitch regularly and testing the ATK defence, but it hasn't managed to create a clear-cut chance so far.

26' OHHH! Ferran Corominas drops deep and plays a throughball onto the path of Sieminlen Doungel. The Manipur forward accelerates as he tried to latch onto the ball but ATK goalkeeper Arindam Bhattacharja comes a few paces off his line and gathers it to quell the danger.

20' POST! Ahmed Jahouh produces a swerving effort from long range. Arindam Bhattacharja back-pedals and tries to get his hand to the ball. It keeps swerving away from him and strikes the post. The ATK goalkeeper was beaten. FC Goa's best moment of the match so far.

18' Manvir Singh involved in another attacking move from FC Goa. He gets past Sumit Rathi with quick feet and puts in a cross, trying to find either Ferran Corominas or Sieminlen Doungel in the box. Overhits it a fraction and the ball dribbles out for a goal kick. That was a chance to test Arindam Bhattacharja.

13' FC Goa's Lenny Rodrigues strikes from distance, and he's hit the side-netting. The angle was against him and he tried to beat Arindam Bhattacharja at his near-post. The ATK goalkeeper was worried briefly but it's only the side-netting. Still 0-0.

6' The ball breaks for Manvir Singh on FC Goa's right. He cuts in on his left and has a shot on goal. He's dragged his shot fractionally wide and the ATK goalkeeper Arindam Bhattacharja watches it out for a goal kick.

5' FC Goa is trying to play out from the back but ATK is applying the press, making it difficult for Mohammad Nawaz to play the ball out to his defenders. He hesitates for a moment as Jobby Justin presses him but manages to complete a pass out to Carlos Pena on the left touchline. A nervy moment for the FC Goa goalkeeper.

Kick-off: FC Goa gets us underway, playing from right to left at the Yuba Bharati Krirangan.

The players are in the tunnel, ready to make their way out to the middle. Plenty is at stake for either side and that will add to the intrigue of the contest. The players have assembled for the Indian national anthem. The national anthem and the customary handshake and team photos are complete. We are almost ready for kick-off.

ATK starting XI: Arindam Bhattacharja (GK), Sumit Rathi, Agustin Iniguez (C), Victor Mongil, Pritam Kotal, Armando Sosa Pena, Javier Hernandez, Prabir Das, Michael Soosairaj, Jobby Justin, Roy Krishna ( Substitutions: Dheeraj Singh, Anas Edathodika, Salam Singh, Regin Michael, Balwant Singh, Edu Garcia, Jayesh Rane)

Preview

It's the match between third-placed ATK and table-topping FC Goa, the most prolific attacking teams in the Indian Super League this season. Goa, with 25 goals, has been the best attacking side, while ATK has scored the second-most goals (21). Sergio Lobera's side has a chance to reinforce its position at the top. It has 24 points from 12 matches and a win would take it five clear of second-placed Bengaluru FC. ATK, on the other hand, can replace Goa at the summit with a win, with both teams on the same goal difference (11). Goa won the reverse fixture 2-1 at Fatorda Stadium.
