Sportstar Open to start from August 31

The tournament will witness 108 top golfers including women and juniors; seven-time winner and defending champion V. Darshan will be keen for a top finish.

Sportstar Open — the two-day annual golf tournament — will be held at the Madras Gymkhana Golf Club in Chennai on August 31 and September 1.

The tournament will witness 108 top golfers including women and juniors; seven-time winner and defending champion V. Darshan will be keen for a top finish.

The competition will be stiff with past winners C.V. Yudhvir, Nikhil Cherian, Vignesh and H.K. Sinha in fray.

The prize distribution is scheduled to start from 1 pm on the second day.
