Amit Rohidas scored a brace to help Indian men’s hockey ‘A’ team register a come-from-behind 5-3 win over South Korea in the third practice match, here on Saturday.

South Korea started with a bang, scoring back-to-back goals in the fifth and eight minutes through a field strike and penalty corner conversion by Seo Inwoo and Kim Sungyeob respectively.

The host pulled one back in the 15th minute when young forward Sumit Kumar converted a well-assisted field goal.

But Jeon Jungjun’s goal in the 21st minute put the Indians under tremendous pressure once again.

The next few minutes remained intense for the home team as they vied for goals.

It was in the 39th minute when India ‘A’ scored its second goal through a penalty conner conversion by Rohidas.

He struck again through a penalty stroke in the 45th minute to equalise while Gurjinder Singh converted a penalty corner in the 49th minute before Nilakanta Sharma scored just at the stroke of hooter to help India register the victory.
