Free from any pressure Poland inflicted the first defeat on Iran 41-25 in a Group `B’ match of the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup at the `Arena by TransStadia’ here on Monday.

Skipper Michal Spiczko scored 12 points. Poland’s unexpected victory against Iran has brightened Thailand’s chances of topping the group should it beat Japan.
