PKL re-scheduled, to begin on October 7

The sixth edition of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) will begin on October 7 as opposed to the earlier date of October 5 owing to logistical reasons, the league announced on Monday.Mashal Sports Pvt. Ltd., the rights owner and organisers of PKL has made this decision in consultation with the principal stakeholders of the league.

Chennai will continue to play host to the first leg of the tournament and the playoffs will be held as planned in Kochi on December 30 and 31, while the finals will be played on January 5 2019 in Mumbai.
