For Patna Pirates, Sachin had a relatively slower game at the start but managed to rake up 10 points, even contributing in defence for his side. Rohit Gulia emerged as the best player with 11 points and kept Jaipur Pink Panthers in check.
However, it was Arjun Deshwal who put on a performance for the ages to help Jaipur Pink Panthers register a comprehensive 35-30 victory over Patna Pirates.
While Maninder Singh cruised to a super 10, he was ably supported by Shrikant Jadhav (in picture, in blue) who supported Mani with a crucial seven-point effort.
What stood out in this match is Deepak Niwas Hooda stepping up to support Maninder and Shrikant Jadhav, not just in raiding but also with a few crucial tackles.
Puneri Paltan slipped to a 14-point deficit at the half time mark against Bengaluru Bulls but Aslam Inamdar (in picture) and Mohit Goyat steadied the side along with some stellar defending from the Paltan to level scores 35-35 towards the closing stages of the game.
However, Vikash Kandola and Bharat ensured that the Bulls walked off the mat as winners with the score line reading 41-39 in the end, making it two wins in two games for the Bulls.
