Prithvi Shaw became the latest entrant and is now the fourth youngest and the first Indian teenager to do so, during his knock of 134 in Rajkot. India’s first ever innings victory (innings and eight runs) came against England at Chepauk in Chennai on February 10, 1952. This, incidentally, was India’s first ever Test win! Among India's, opponents, Sri Lanka has lost to India by an innings on most occasions — 11 times. Sri Lanka is followed by England and West Indies with six each, Australia and New Zealand with four each and Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, South Africa and Afghanistan with one.
