The number of ducks registered in successive innings by Ashton Turner for Rajasthan Royals. He became the sixth batsman in Indian Premier League history to achieve this dubious record when he was dismissed without scoring against Delhi Capitals at Jaipur on April 22, after registering ducks against Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians on April 20 and 16, respectively. He joined five other batsmen as part of this unwanted list. He also joined Shardul Thakur by being dismissed off the first ball – a golden duck! – on each of the three occasions in IPL cricket. Further, the three ducks have come in the first three IPL innings of his career – a first for any IPL batsman.
