Bopanna-Matkowski pair loses in doubles quarterfinals

Rohan Bopanna, in partnership with Marcin Matkowski of Poland, was beaten 6-2, 6-4 in the doubles quarterfinals by Dominic Inglot of Britain and Mate Pavic of Croatia in the €540,310 ATP Tour event in Morocco.

Rohan Bopanna, in partnership with Marcin Matkowski of Poland, was beaten 6-2, 6-4 in the doubles quarterfinals by Dominic Inglot of Britain and Mate Pavic of Croatia in the €540,310 ATP Tour event in Morocco.

The third seeds collected €4260 and 45 ATP points.

Two other Indian doubles teams lost the semifinals of the ITF circuit. Haadin Bava and Karunuday Singh lost the semifinals in the $15,000 ITF men’s Futures in Indonesia. The second seeds Kyra Shroff and Dhruthi Venugopal were beaten by fourth seeds in the $15,000 ITF women’s event in Egypt.
