Bopanna-Shapovalov enter quarterfinals of Rotterdam Open

Rohan Bopanna in partnership with Denis Shapovalov of Canada beat John Peers and Michael Venus 7-6(0), 6-7(5), 10-8 in the doubles pre-quarterfinals of the € 2,155,295 ATP tennis tournament in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In the quarterfinals, Bopanna and partner will play fourth seeds Jean-Julien Rojer and Horia Tecau. In the $275,000 WTA event in Hua Hin, Ankita Raina in partnership with Rosalie van der Hoek of the Netherlands beat Desirae Krawczyk of the US and You Xiaodi of China 6-4, 6-4 in the doubles quarterfinals. The Indo-Dutch team will play Xun Fang Ying and Zheng Saisai of China who knocked out the top seeds Nao Hibino and Miyu Kato of Japan in straight sets.
