Saha back in Bengal squad for Syed Mushtaq Ali T20

Wriddhiman Saha was out of action after last year's Indian Premier League due to injuries.

Wriddhiman Saha has been out of action since the 2018 IPL.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Wriddhiman Saha on Sunday made a comeback to the Bengal squad for the upcoming group matches of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 tournament to be played at Cuttack from February 21.

Saha was out of action after last year's Indian Premier League due to injuries.

Experienced batsman Sudip Chatterjee did not feature in the 15-member squad. The Bengal team will be coached by Arun Lal.

The squad: Manoj Tiwary (captain), Abhimanyu Easwaran (vice-captain), Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Ashoke Dinda, Shreevats Goswami (wk), Vivek Singh, Writtick Chatterjee, Ritwik Roy Chowdhury, Shahbaz Ahamad, Pradipta Pramanik, Kanishk Seth, Sayan Ghosh, Ishan Porel, Prayas Ray Barman and Ayan Bhattacharjee.
