India defeated Australia by 75 runs after overcoming a first-innings deficit of 87 runs.

After suffering a humiliating 333-run defeat that also halted India’s 19-match winning run, India effected a dramatic turnaround on Day 4 to pull off a memorable win. That India achieved the win after conceding a first innings lead on a challenging track in Bengaluru made it all the more remarkable.

It was obviously not the first time that India had managed such a turnaround against Australia; no Indian cricket fan would forget the exploits of VVS Laxman, Rahul Dravid and Harbhajan Singh in that famous come from behind victory at Eden Gardens in 2001. India overturned a deficit of 274 runs to register an unbelievable 171-run victory in Kolkata.

But did you know that the win in Bengaluru was the tenth such instance when India had produced such a sensational comeback against Australia?
