Virender Sehwag was one of the first to congratulate Karun Nair for becoming the second Indian to get a Test triple ton. Sehwag was the first when he scored 309 against Pakistan in 2004. Nair emulated Sehwag by scoring 303 in 381 balls with 32 fours and four sixes.
