Karnataka, Kerala and Goa were among the teams which dominated Day 1 of the second round of Ranji Trophy fixtures.

Sikkim shot out Nagaland for 179 and reached 120 for five in response.

Mizoram bowled out Arunachal for 220 and took itself to three for 92 in response.

Uttarakhand was 123 for five in response to Manipur's 137 all-out in the first innings.

Baroda was 322 for nine against Maharashtra at stumps on Day one.

Saurashtra bowled out Railways for 200 and reached 82 for four at stumps.

Goa was 216 for two against Jammu and Kashmir, with Sumiran Amonkar and Sagun Kamat scoring half-centuries.

Jharkhand shot out Haryana for 81 before ending the day 120 for six.

Rajasthan was 45 for one in response to Services' 228 all-out batting first.

Puducherry was 269 for seven against Meghalaya at stumps on Day one.
