ENGLAND BEAT NEW ZEALAND BY ONE WICKET

PLAYER OF THE MATCH: Nat Sciver 61 runs off 108 balls

Pitch had changed a little bit, they (New Zealand) really turned the pressure on us. There has been so many close games in the tournament and another one today. I had to make sure I made most of the scoring, so I didn't mind facing too many balls. It was a difficult wicket to find consistency.

WHAT THE CAPTAINS SAID

Sophie Devine- I always want to be out there, but I'm proud of the girls and the fans, who are here at Eden Park. We lost two or three games by a couple of wickets, we could have done billion things differently but there were a lot of positive aspects to be taken from the games. Injuries happen but we need to grin and fight out.

Heather Knight- Relief to get over the line. We knew we must get over the line and the way bowlers responded was brilliant. A bit of relief, we should reflect on what we could have done better. It still hasn't clicked yet, we hope it gets better and make it through to the semis.
