One of India's finest all-rounders, Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from all forms of cricket on Monday, after serving Indian cricket for 19 long years.
Yuvraj, who featured in 40 Tests, 304 ODIs and 58 T20Is, last donned the India colours in 2017 as indifferent form and injury issues forced him out of national reckoning.
But tributes have been pouring in on Twitter and other social media from former teammates and opponents alike, for the stylish southpaw who emerged as one of India's most explosive batsmen and finest fielders during his career.

The knock in the Natwest Trophy Final established Yuvraj as a mainstay in India's ODI line-up for years to come. He led the charge with a belligerent 69 in the company of Mohammed Kaif as they put on a counter-attacking 121-run partnership off just 106 balls.
Former England batsman Kevin Pietersen alluded to his 'pie-chucker' taunts of Yuvraj's slow left-arm.
Yuvraj dished out one of the most famous T20 knocks when he hit England bowler Stuart Broad for six sixes in an over. Seems like Broad holds no grudges.
From the God of Cricket to India skipper Kohli, former teammates sent their tributes
