Mumbai FC to confirm Kattimani capture

Mumbai FC has secured the services of FC Goa goalkeeper Laxmikant Kattimani for the up-coming seasong of I-League, confirmed sources.

Official announcement is expected to be made on Monday. The 'keeper, who played for FC Goa in the recently concluded ISL, will bring experience between the posts for coach Santosh Kashyap's team. The 27-year-old is currently a Dempo SC player, but the team has pulled out of the up-coming I-League season due to differences with AIFF's new road-map for Indian football, which has paved the way for a transfer to the Mumbai-based club.
