Ben Campbell takes control in Fiji

Ben Campbell will take a commanding four-stroke advantage into the third round of the European Tour's Fiji International.

New Zealand's Ben Campbell opened up a four-shot lead in the Fiji International after posting a six-under 66 in his second round on Friday.

Campbell had shared the overnight lead in the European Tour event at the Natadola Bay course, but he will head into moving day with a comfortable outright advantage after reaching 11-under for the tournament.

The Kiwi sunk seven birdies and did not drop a shot until a bogey at the par-four 18th. Australian Andrew Dodt is outright second at seven-under, thanks to a two-under 70 on Friday.

His countrymen Terry Pilkadaris and Jarryd Felton sit tied for third at six-under, while Indian Gaganjeet Bhullar and China's Ashun Wu are part of a seven-man group sharing fifth at five-under. Spaniard Alejandro Canizares, a two-time European Tour winner, was among the players to miss the cut.
