Volleyball

A total of 144 athletes (12 teams) per gender can qualify for the Games, with only a maximum of 24 athletes (2 teams) each per NOC.

Qualification process: Qualification will be decided through the following competitions

• 3 highest ranked teams will qualify through the World Olympic qualification tournament.  
• 3 spots are up for grabs through the Intercontinental Olympic qualification tournaments.  
• 5 spots are up for grabs through the Continental Olympic qualification tournaments.
