While Google might define Diwali as an Indian Hindu festival, the celebrations haven't been restricted to just the subcontinent.
With people celebrating the triumph of good over evil worldwide, the festival of lights hasn't failed to make an impact on the foreign football clubs as well.

The likes of Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, and Chelsea followed soon with their own custom-made cards.
Birthday boy and Australia opener David Warner, who scored his maiden T20I century, against Sri Lanka, on Sunday, extended his best wishes on Instagram. Compatriot Steven Smith did not sit back, as well.
South Africa cricket team captain, Faf du Plessis also tweeted out a line on Twitter saying: "Happy Diwali to all my Indian followers !!!"
