Sub-Juniors: Two swimming national records for Amin
Vedika Amin continued her phenomenal performance, breaking the 100m breast-stroke record twice in the day.

In the 34th Sub-Junior National Aquatic Championship, Vedika Amin and Sanjiti Saha both clocked 28.90 seconds to create a national record in girls' U-10 50m freestyle event, at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex on Thursday. Neena Venkatesh of Karnataka won bronze with a time of 29.86 sec. Amin continued her phenomenal performance, breaking the 100m breast-stroke record twice in the day. She clocked 1:20.85 seconds in the heats and returned in the evening to better it by clocking 1:18.63 to secure gold.
