After retiring from athletics, Usain Bolt has now set his sights on having a professional career in football.

The world's greatest sprinter was unable to finish his last race at the World Championships in London last year after pulling up his hamstring.

Bolt, winner of eight Olympics and 11 World Championships golds, is set to undergo a trial at Borussia Dortmund in March. The champion sprinter has also started training after recovering from that injury.

On Sunday, Bolt took to Twitter and made the announcement of having signed for a football team.

But his dream is to play for Manchester United and it is believed that he is in talks with former manager Sir Alex Ferguson over a possible deal at Old Trafford.
