India loses to Pakistan in Asian team snooker championship final

Pakistan (2) got the better of India (1) 3-2 in the final of the Asian team snooker championship in Doha on Friday.
India was outplayed in the first two matches, with Pankaj Advani going down 79-1 against Babar Masih and Zulfiqar Qadir outplaying Laxman Rawat 71-1.
The Indian duo won the next match against the Pakistani pair 58-18 before Advani got past Qadir 67-39. Pakistan, however, had the last laugh with Masih overcoming Rawat 69-9.

Earlier, in the semifinals, India (1) and Pakistan (2) had edged past Myanmar and Thailand respectively with identical scorelines of 3-2.
