Saniya Sheikh shot 111 and missed the women’s skeet final by seven points in the shooting World Cup in Changwon, Korea, on Saturday.

In men’s skeet, Sheeraz Sheikh started well with rounds of 25 and 24, while Smit Singh (48) and Angad Vir Singh Bajwa (47) followed close behind him in a rich field of 81 shooters.

In the mixed trap competition earlier, the Indian pair of Manavjit Singh Sandhu and Shreyasi Singh had placed 10th with 139 and missed the final by two points from among 39 teams.
