Sardar Masters: Anmol wins gold

Anmol Jain topped in qualification with 582, when Olympian Prakash Nanjappa was fourth after having scored 579 in qualification.

Anmol Jain won the gold in air pistol as he beat Yashwant Singh by 3.7 points in the 11th Sardar Sajan Singh Sethi Masters shooting championship at the Dr. Karni Singh Range, Tughlakabad, on Monday. Anmol topped in qualification with 582, when Olympian Prakash Nanjappa was fourth after having scored 579 in qualification. In women’s air pistol, Muskan won the gold, after having missed a medal in both the junior and youth finals. Swapnil Kusale won the men’s 50-metre rifle 3-position gold ahead of Rahul Poonia, after topping the qualification with 1165. The results: Men
