India captain Virat Kohli wants to share his fitness drills with fans ahead of the World Cup.

After a gruelling IPL 2019 in Royal Challengers Bangalore colours, India captain Virat Kohli is all set for the ICC Cricket World Cup that starts from May 30 in the UK.

Ahead of the marquee event, Kohli wants to share some of his fitness drills with the fans to help them lead a healthy life. He will engage with them via the social cloud storage platform, MrOwl.

“Fitness defines my life as a professional athlete, but I also see that I have an opportunity to help inspire people to live a healthy life. My goal is to inspire both men and women in India to become healthier and live a better life. Now you can join in my fitness challenge with the assistance of my MrOwl branch,” said King Kohli, the leading run-getter (5,412) in the IPL.

“Getting fit is not always easy, but it is always worth the effort in the end. Start by following some of my healthy habits, which can help you get one step closer towards reaching your fitness goals,” he said.

The 2019 World Cup will be Kohli’s first as the captain of India.

As a player, Kohli made his World Cup debut in 2011. He was part of M.S. Dhoni’s victorious side that lifted the trophy after 28 years.
