India sealed its place in the World Cup 2019 semifinal with a thrilling 28-win over Bangladesh at Edgbaston in Birmingham. The Virat Kohli-led side became the second team after Australia to make it to the last four.
This is the third consecutive time (2011, 2015) that India reached the knockout stage of the quadrennial event. With Bangladesh now out of contention, it is a three-way race between England, New Zealand and Pakistan for the remaining two spots.
