Having already qualified for the playoffs, CSK will hope to end its final home league game on Wednesday with a victory to better its chances of finishing in the top two, especially with the first qualifier to be played in Chennai. Apart from the regulars like Shane Watson, Faf du Plessis, Suresh Raina, TN wicketkeeper batsman N Jagadeesan too had a good hit in the nets and was seen doing wicket keeping drills as well.

It will be interesting to see if the local lad gets a look in if Dhoni is unavailable though Ambati Rayudu donned the gloves against Mumbai.
