88' A good run by Werner inside the box. The German did well to find Mount with a sleek pass but the latter could not control the ball and keep possession.

85' Booking- Mason Mount is shown a yellow card.

85' Ziyech with one his trademark cross from the right flank but it does not find a blue shirt.

82' Cedric, with acres of green in front of him, had a great chance to play the ball in the six-yard box. Instead, he squared it back to Tavares who had run in from outside the box. Tavares shoots but it is horribly wide.

80' Chelsea Sub: IN- Hakim Ziyech OUT- Marcos Alonso.

76' James tries to whip a ball inside the box from the right flank but it is too short as Holding clears the cross.

75' Arsenal Sub: IN- Cedric Soares OUT- Emile Smith-Rowe.

72' Werner tries to dash past Holding on the turn but the latter does well to reach the ball and pass it back to Ramsdale who clears.

70' Arsenal Sub: IN- Gabriel Martinelli OUT- Eddie Nketiah.

70' Smith Rowe tries to cross from the left but ends up slipping as Chelsea sees the ball off for a goalkick.

65' Booking- Chelsea's Malang Sarr sees yellow for his tactical foul.

65' Chance- Reece James with a fizzing ball inside the box from the right flank. Ramsdale makes the save but the rebound falls to Alonso. Alonso shoots but it is blocked. Good defending by Arsenal.

60' Chelsea Sub: IN- Kai Havertz OUT- Romelu Lukaku.

57' GOOOAAAALLL!! ARSENAL TAKES THE LEAD!! NKETIAH SCORES HIS SECOND!! A striker's goal by Nketiah as his persistence paid off. Tavares squared the ball to Nketiah from the left flank. Nketiah, with a wonderful turn on his first touch had to take a couple of touches amidst a melee inside the box between a couple of Chelsea defenders. Finally, he poked the ball past Mendy into the net.

53' Arsenal players demand a penalty as they feel Thiago Silva brought down Nketiah inside the box but the referee does not pay attention and gives a corner to Arsenal.

51' Werner nutmegs Holding and tries to pass the ball to Lukaku. But Xhaka does well to shield the ball before Ramsdale picks it up.

48' A fast start to the half by Chelsea as Werner gets an early chance to attack Arsenal's goal. But he cannot pose any substantial danger.

46' Chelsea Sub: IN- Thiago Silva OUT- Andres Christensen.

Second-half kicks off!

Half-time (Chelsea 0-0 Arsenal)

Two added minutes!

45' Shot- Smith-Rowe shows quick feet to wriggle out of a crowded situation in the Chelsea box. He takes the shot but cannot keep it on target.

42' It has been a half of attacking masterclass but a poor defensive show to be honest, especially by Arsenal. The Gunners took the lead twice in the half but could not keep either lead for more than five minutes.

38' Saka had taken a good run down the right flank but was blatantly brought down by Marcos Alonso as the Spaniard tugged at Saka's shirt.

32' GOOOAAAALLLL! CHELSEA EQUALIZES AGAIN!! IT IS AZPILICUETA!! Mount swung a lovely cross to the edge of the six-yard box from the left flank. Azpilicueta, whose run was not noticed, rose and headed the ball inside the net for a lovely goal.

27' GOOOAAALLLL!! ARSENAL TAKES THE LEAD AGAIN!! ITS SMITH-ROWE!! A classic counter attack by Arsenal and Emile-Smith Rowe finishes it with a calm finish in the bottom right-corner of Mendy. The Chelsea keeper dived but could not reach the ball. A lovely finish.

23' Nketiah finds himself in a good position as he gets his header away but he cannot keep his effort on the target.

17' GOOOAAAALLLL!!! CHELSEA EQUALIZES!! ITS WERNER!! Werner cuts in from the left and shoots with his right. The shot takes a massive deflection and ends up inside the goal past an outstretched Ramsdale.

13' GOOOOAAALLL!! ARSENAL TAKES THE LEAD!! ITS EDDIE NKETIAH!! Horrible mistake by Christensen as he tried to find his keeper with a loose backward pass. The pass did not have much power as Nketiah pounced on the ball and made no mistake in running inside the box and slotting the ball home past Mendy at the back of the net.

11' Shot- Smith-Rowe concedes possession as Loftus-Cheek snatches the ball from him. He passes to Lukaku who drives into the box and shoots across goal. He does not miss the target by much.

8' Mount puts in a floating corner but Arsenal deal with it fairly easily as the ball is cleared to safety.

5' Arsenal tries to counter from Chelsea's second corner. Smith Rowe finds the ball right in front of Arsenal's box but he cannot do anything with it as he loses possession.

4' Block- Alonso shoots as the ball was flicked to him from a Chelsea corner but it is blocked.

3' Elneny tries to shoot from outside the box but it is blocked.

Arsenal:  The Gunners are playing with a 4-2-3-1 formation. Mohamed Elneny returns to the midfield and is one of the two defensive midfielders along with Granit Xhaka. Martin Odegaard plays the number 10 role with Emile Smith-Rowe and Bukayo Saka on the flanks. Eddie Nketiah is the lone striker playing the No. 9 role.

Arsenal needs a big break after its run of three successive Premier League defeats as it heads down to face Cheslea in the London derby. Tottenham is currently fourth ahead of Arsenal with a three-point advantage and having played a game more.

Another defeat for the Gunners would put Spurs in the driver's seat to clinch the final Champions League place with a home North London Derby left to be played.

Striker Alexandre Lacazette will likely be back in contention for Arsenal after he missed the trip to Southampton due to Covid-19.

A win over London rival Arsenal will add some cheer to the Blues, who have endured a torrid 2022 thus far both on and off the pitch.
