Where is the Premier League trophy - Man City-Brighton or Liverpool-Wolves?
Unless the results force the remote possibility of a playoff, the Premier League trophy will be lifted at either the Amex Stadium or Anfield on Sunday. But where will it be kept?

The Premier League title race will be decided on the final day for the eighth time in history.
Manchester City, on a 13-match winning streak in the league, is only a point clear at the top of of the table as it visits the Amex Stadium to face Brighton and Hove Albion. Liverpool, in second, will be looking to lift the Premier League title for the first time in its illustrious history when it takes on Wolves at Anfield.

The Telegraph reported that there will be two identical Premier League trophies, one at each venue. One of the them is the "champions" trophy which is currently with defending champion Man City and the other is the trophy the league keeps in its possession.
The "champions" trophy, which has been at the Etihad all season, will be in Brighton on Sunday and the other trophy will be in Anfield as standby.

"For the Premier League to be prepared for such circumstances, there are two Premier League trophies. One remains with the League Champions during each season, while the other is used by the league. The trophies are identical in design and look, and both include an engraved base detailing past Premier League champions," a Premier League spokesman told The Telegraph .
If Liverpool wins the title on Sunday, it will receive the "champions" trophy at a later date.
